Our Founder, Marian Byrnes
Unveiling of the Marian R. Byrnes Natural Area sign at our 2003 Awards Banquet.
The sign now marks the former Van Vlissingen Prairie on 103rd street
where Marian began the fight to protect Calumet's wetlands.
